Cayenne I would say.
Jalapenos tend to be smaller dumpy pods

Jalapenos are what you get on pizzas & I think they're often pickled, but yeah, they're short thick walled chillis.

I've grown cayennes the past two years & they're too short and thin to be the ones kebab shops do.

A trip to the local supermarket helpfully revealed that jars of picked chillis contain "chillis" :D

I don't know where you live but if you have any turkish or middle eastern shops nearby you could just ask.

Don't know which variety you grow but the Cayenne long thick grow to around 7-8 inches. As do whippets tails/joe longs but they are thinner.

It's definitely Jalapenos that you buy pickled in the shops although any thick walled chilli would work if you're doing it at home.

Going by the pickled chillis in my local and what I've grown this year, I would say they are more akin to Hungarian Hot Wax. Slightly paler green/yellow than jalapenos and not quite as thick walled, but very good for brining/pickling.

Our local kebab shop said they're jalapeno. Not chillies in my opinion, there's no burn!!!
