We've got

Already picked :
Pickled beetroot
Beetroot (which will soon be pickled for Christmas presents)
Pickled onions

Chili jam (nice!)
Some spuds & onions (very small onions at that!) in the shed
3kg of blackberries which will be turned in to jam at some point (from my bramble ridden hedges)

Still in the ground :
Lettuce
Cauliflowers
Broccoli
Some peppers still hanging in there in the greenhouse (just)
Parsnips

I think thats it :)

Everyone has done really well.
We have 4 sacks of potatoes, 2 nets of onions, cabbage and leeks in the ground with a few carrots left. Also some lettuce in the ground and in the greenhouse. We have pickled onions, beetroot and courgettes. We still have chillies to be dried as well. In the freezer we have runner beans and peas.
Lets hope next year is as good or better.

I've had a few disappointments with storage this year and my onions and shallots have all rotted. But I'm looking on the bright side and for the winter I have:

In storage:
a big sack of garlic - probably enough to do until next year's crop
3 sacks of potatoes - still got some epicure and pentland javelin 1st earlies from June and another full sack of pink fir apple
3 pumpkins
A few dozen chilles which will probably get frozen

Preserved:
A load of pickled beetroot
4 gallons of rhubarb wine
Plenty of horseradish, grated and kept in vinegar
Bramble jam
Wild chanterelles preserved in oil
Smoked mackerel (obviously the last two are not from my plot)

On the plot:
Carrots
Parsnips
Beetroot
Red and Green cabbage
PSB and a few Romanesco cauliflower
Jerusalem artichokes
Lettuce (little gem, lollo rosso and salad bowl)
Radicchio
Swiss Chard
Leeks although they're still quite small

In the Freezer, Runner Beans, Cauliflower, Runner Beans, Sweetcorn, more Runner Beans (we like these) Rhubarb, Blackberries, Raspberries.

Bottled, Pickled Onions, Cucumber Brine & Pickled, Jars & Jars of Tomatoes with garlic & herbs and just on their own, Beetroot and endless Jars of Jam.

Dried, Herbs and Beans.

In the Shed, Potatoes, Carrots and Onions.

In the Ground, Brussels, Parsnips and Leeks.

Don't know how the two of us are going to get through it but well try.

Thinking to investing in another freezer for next year- but it will have to go outside, think it will have to go in some sort of box (pallets I think will do the job - plenty at work) but was wondering if this would be ok!
