Yes I agree with everyone else. Don't let htem get away with it, you've done all that work, they sold you a key, let them give this other person another plot or his money back. He's not done anything to the plot, it all your work!

Nothing ever surprises me about Councils, they are a load of t*****s
(sorry!!) but they are. Think they are god and can do what they want to people's lives. Well, stand up for yourself mate!!!! And good luck

If you don't get satisfaction, threaten them with the local paper and radio station. Local autorities and councillors who face re-election hate bad publicity.

Suggest you ask them to give you another plot fully dug-over.
