I let my Jack Russell have a root around the compost heaps every now and again - any rats or mice will have a nasty surprise when they come across his jaws!

The only rats I see round here are the dead ones our cat leaves on our front lawn!

My mum has a major rat problem in her garden - found one in her compost heap when she was turning to compost over with her hands! She uses a fork now!
