Watery pooh?

Hello all

I have noticed one of our chickens has very watery pooh,s when she goes ,don,t see any worms in it so am wondering if anyone would have any ideas.

Change in diet ??  or if you think it may be a stomach in balance then try a little live yoghurt that can help  :D

Occasionally mine will drop a really watery one...no reason why...and have had no problems!
