Sprouting Brocc

Im in Portugal , which I know we have different growing spans to ukers but my Sprouter hasnt sprouted at all... its nearly 8ft tall some of them, really lush and green, but no sprouts... whats happening, I do seem to get much bigger plants here due to the good manure we use but surely that should also mean good production?

My PSB wont sprout until the spring, they have a long growing season. There are also different types that sprout at different times so check your packet. I  always thought of brassicas as a colder climate crop but could be wrong.

I lost the packet, but I did think that as my parsnips and swedes were again cold climate stuff but grew and in record time that the psb would do the same, it sort of did, as it grew huge... lush green and very healthy looking... just no sprouts...
Have any members in spain or hotter climes had any luck?
I have trouble getting into town to internet space so replies take longer for me.

I'm guessing that the plants have just grown stronger and better due to the climate. They will still need the same amount of time to mature and will probably produce shoots next Feb-March.
