Summer raspberries
« on: September 21, 2008, 13:14 »
I have just pruned my summer fruiting raspberries - have given up any hope of getting anything other than rotten raspberries off them!  I think I need to re-site them as they are in a patch of very overgrown bushes and weeds.  When is the best time to do this?  :)
I have a pair of secateurs and I'm not afraid to use them!!

When they have dropped their leaves, about late autumn don't do it tho if the ground is frozen. If not then do it early spring before they come back to life.
