[FRUITFULL]

Hi Everyone
I have got a miniture Bramley Apple tree and a very old distressed Grape vine to plant in the ground and was wondering what i should pop in the hole when doing this.
The grape is going in a sunny position to grow up a pergolla and the Apple in a sunny border.
Do i just put bone mill in or is there some rocket fuel i can use as the Grape is extremly pot bound and very sad?.I put in an offer for it at the local Wyevale,it was priced at £249 and i got it for £50 after offering £40 so i was a happy bunny!!
Any tips greatly appreciated please.

I'd go for well rotted manure mixed with the soil you are planting into.

The verypot-bound grape probably needs a good hair cut and a lot of fruit thinning next year.

Also, If I remember right, they do like well drained soil, so maybe some grit will help? :roll: (for the grape that is)
