Hi everyone
I am a newbie so please forgive my ignorance!  I have 2 marans (Hilda and Gladys) and 2 light sussex (Edna and Doris).  I must admit I bought the run without much thought, we were at our local pet store and they had a run, we bought it!  It seems to be quite good, the only concern I have is that the nesting box is not level with the roosting box so when I lock the girls away at night they cannot get in the nesting box.  Is this a problem?  They arent laying yet, so if i need to make changes i would like to do this asap.

Hi chickyroo welcome to the forums  

Can't see it being a problem they don't lay when they are asleep     it might be more so in the summer when they get up at 3.30 in the morning, it's a matter of wait and see.
If you can post  a pic for us to have a look at that run set up for you and of course your chucks
