Can anyone tell me how I dry some of my runner beans to provide seed for next year?

I've left mine on a small plate to dry out in a warmish place, make sure they are well dried as last  year I did mine to early and they all went mouldy  :roll:

leave them to dry on the plant when the pods go crispy take em of shell them and store in a brown paper bag inside a tin box
still alive /............
