It was all of 4 lines in my neighbours book!

2lbs toms
1 lemon
1/4 pint of water
1 1/2 lbs sugar

Heat the water and sugar. Slice toms, finely cut lemon and stick it in.

That was basically all the recipe said. It was very easy though and has set great!

Wow ! must try that makes a change from chutney , what colour is it when it sets.
