bush shell beans [ying and yang]

ive grown a crop of ying and yang beans also called bush shell beans.these beans are black and white before cooking.
my problem is how do you cook them and what do you eat them with?

I'm growing the same bean but am going to be drying the bean & using them in stews over the winter.
