How do you cut Onduline?

Hello,

We have progress with the house as it has the roofing joists/frame in which to attach the onduline.

Only thing is - how do you cut the blooming stuff?  Hubby tried sawing it and gets sticky black tar caught in the teeth of the saw.  Scissors don't work.... What do you cut it with?  :?:

I've used a wood saw quite successfully.

..thanks guys, Hubby resorted to using an old saw - you can't help the black sticky stuff on it though...  I suppose meths will take that off.

I'm having probs with those plastic green screw protector caps that you use with the onduline.  You know, the screw goes through a green plastic collar then a cap goes over the screw - I guess to keep rain out of the hole created by the screw.  They are hard to push on with your thumb (well for me!!) and I've been smacking the h*** outta them with the rubber mallet & the hammer to get the cap on!  I got two that won't behave!!!!  And a sore finger where I keep smacking the edge of that too!  :x
