Listen to Foxy - DON'T PANIC  :!:

Antibiotics should sort out whatever the problem is.  Could be sinusitis, mycoplasma doesn't usually cause swelling. I'd not want myco anyway as it's difficult to get rid of.

I'd recommend seeing a vet if it gets worse not better.

well there's no pus or discharge etc. it's literally just swollen. i would put a pic, but this is my mum's laptop and she's got nowhere in it for a memory card! just my luck! lol

I have just had a chook with possible Mycroplasma and she is better now, dont panic Beki well not yet anyway, just get the right medicationa and youll be fine :wink:

i think i'll take her to the vet's tomorrow. which means i'll have to pay off the £78 bill i already owe them for the goat  :roll:

and i'll have to take both the children with me and do it on my own (cos OH's working) which will be a feat in itsself.

oh, i just feel so overwhelmed  :cry:

i've got so much 'stuff' going on at the moment i just feel like absolute poo. my mum was just nice and asked me if i was ok (in that way that only mums can do) and i burst into tears. you know when you hold in the tears for so long and then as soon as someone is nice it all comes out?  :roll:

it's just all getting on top of me. will let you know how it goes tomorrow. thanks guys  :wink:
