And overwintering?

What are your plans for over winter folks? It's only just around the corner and I'd like to get some ideas for my garden from you.

(yes i know i'll get my hands rapped for talking about winter so soon)

leeks, kale, swede (although we usually eat it all before winter arrives) PSB.

have just been away for a week and got back to find catapillars had destroyed my kale plants and started on the PSB, i was not happy! but have just been to a nursery about 15 miles away and got 8 kale plants, 5 caulis, 4 cabbages, 4 PSB, 4 WSB, 4 brussels, 6 lettuce and 8 herb plants all for £2.75!! i think it cost us more in deisel to make the trip!!

Leeks, onions, garlic, caulis, winter cabbage, spring cabbage, purple & white sprouters, brussels, swede, (please!), celeriac, parsnips & the carrots usually sit there OK.

Most of these need to be in by now though. I was thinking about winter in March when I sowed the leek seed!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Are you harvesting anything that will be done in the next month or two?
Winter onions & garlic are easy to pop in when you've got the space without have to raise plants before hand.
