Ive definately found mixing carrot seed with sand helps me to keep it well thinned

Cloches for the lettuce.

Some ropey owd taters I slung in. Don't know if I earthed them up enough.

Some brassicas, not sure which and some dwarf beans. You may be able to see the dividing lines between method 1 and 2.

Leeks, radish, carrot and beetroot. Definitely in method 2 ground. I fear the couch grass will win.

in the tips section of the site it says if you plant turnips it will get rid of couch grass. Has anyone tried it?

Flowers on my toms. Quite pleased 'cos these were shoved behind my mates shed for 6 weeks, untended, unwanted and unloved. just £2 a month could save these...... sorry, getting carried away there.
