OMG it sneezed. Help
It pooped and it is a funny colour.
It layed an egg.
And its not normal.

I am just paranoid.

I am sure we will calm down once we are used to the antics of our feathered charges.

My OH is the neurotic one in our house. From when i got pregnant he went in to panic mode, 4 years, 1 daughter and 6 chickens later and he still hasnt calmed down. The chickens have runny poo, dont feed them bread, dont think they should be eating slugs, it goes on and on. He would have a vet and a doctor on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week if he could afford it.

I guess it helps when you get to know the birds habits, I have  a speckedly who looks really scruffy, she didn't moult fully last year and isn't laying very well -its just the way she is. Some are just like that, her sister is completely different though moulted quickly and completely and a good layer
I am completely paranoid about redmite and foxes though, convinced they are watching me......

Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
