The stray white peacock - update

Just had a surprise visit from the Peacock Man who came and rescued the stray white peahen that descended upon us a few months ago.

Apparently he managed to find a good home for her with a chap who has an Indian Blue Peacock and wanted a female. She now has 6 chicks who are doing well, all taking after the father's colouring.

Apparently, where they are, the chap looks after stray swans on his big pond so they have regal company.  

Thought you might like to know the outcome. We've also been offered as many peacock feathers as we can pick up if we drop in on the peacock man's place.
