Strawberries

Last year I found 4 small strawberry plants in the lawn, no idea where they came from. I moved them to the end of a bed and they have now taken over. Right now our son eats loads every time he is outside. I have no idea what variety they are but they produce small fruits for months

They look like wild strawberries. Perhaps a bird dropped some seeds on your lawn and they germinated. Lucky You.

Well, look enormously tall in the photo.

Also the fruit. I donno.

But then the flower. Weird things of gardening, innit. :shock:
