mizuna, whats edible?

ive got quite a bit of mizuna growing but im not sure whats edible apart from the leaves as it has long stalks and flower and more recently it has small seed pods like minature runner beans but are they edible

You try, I personally don't like them, once started to flower, but haven't tried the seed pods, some like that of radishes, shouldn't be too different.

Leaves, stalks, flowers & seed pods are edible but you'll find the stalks become tough once flowering starts. Suggest you leave the pods as it should self-seed, germinating & producing a crop this same year.

thanks for the advice
i will be diggin it up this year as its grown alot more than a expected so its gona get a more permanent location next year
