Regular layers or iratic?

Just wondered how your hens are at laying?

One of mine (they were both at POL when i got them a month ago) lays everyday and has done since she first laid.

The other, laid every 2nd day, so figured that was her routine but a few days ago it changed. She laid 2 days in a row and now nothing for 3 days.. :? I've had a look in the run and can't find a nest or eggs anywhere.. is this 'normal' ?

Pretty normal if mine are anything to go by.

It apparently takes them time to get into a routine.
