Hi,

I am growing Celeriac and they germinated ok, seemed happy being planted out but now some of them have tall yellow flowers growing in the middle of  them!  

Have they gone to seed and what did I do wrong?

Sounds like they've bolted.

Could have got too dry.

Still can use the leaves for flavouring.
