My mini plot - Warning image heavy
« on: June 15, 2008, 23:54 »
While driving myself mad waiting for an allotment, i'm turning parts of my garden.. ok i'll admit it my garden is turning into an allotment. No doubt by the time i get an allotment i'll have turned the lot of it from lawn into working land. So perhaps you should have a look!

My first raised bed, still does me good service. I have onions from seed, spring onions & leeks in the centre and autumn king carrots at the right end and a courgette with spinach and beetroot. Spot the pumpkins, wallflowers and various flowers growing on the kiddy tables.

Two courgettes, couple of extra toms, peppers and mint. I really need to get them in some growbags!

Pepper bushes in a fishtank... what do you think of this idea?

My traditional sunflowers...

My peas, with some land cress around them

My loooong bed. Sunflower, globe carrots & beet at this end.

This is my greenhouse and assorted plants. Excuse the dead extra toms in  the plugs... i just got back from a weeks hols

And finally - here is everything in order.

Plus: Grr, photobucket did say these had been resized, but that service seems to be lying. I'll try to fix that.

How good will the hen poop be for fertiliser?
