Simple - just fill a bucket with nettles cover with water and leave about 4 weeks, strain out some of the liquid and dilute to weak tea consistency and use, beware it stinks as it rots down, I cover the bucket with a piece of old plastic held down with a brick.

Upfold - I make comfrey tea rather than nettle tea, but I guess the principle is the same. Bung the cut plant into a bucket of water and cover. Leave for a few weeks by which time the water has turned brown. (And if you're using comfrey, very very stinky.) I then scoop out (using an old plastic milk bottle with the bottom cut out) a good dollop and dilute down with water. Use every two weeks.
