Is it too late to re-plant tomatoes

I have made a big mistake, I put my cherry tomatoes (Sweet Millions) in my hanging baskets and they look really sad. They are trying to grow upwards and now I have re-read the packet it says support with canes. Can I start some proper hanging basket ones off now or am I too late.

No, you should be all right, just for the sake of leave some, they will sprawl OK, I'd guess.

On the IOW you have a really long season- so have a go!

Never noticed that tomatoes bother at all about changing their residence. Plenty of water in their new home to make them feel welcome.

In fact it sounds like yours will be happy to move.
