I keep a spreadsheet of how many eggs each chicken lays each month.  I only have two but its interesting to look at and good at keeping an eye on them if they don't lay for any length of time etc.  
I was just wondering if anyone else does it or I am the only sad person who does, although I expect if you have a lot of chickens its probably difficult to do as you wouldnt know who had laid what..... Anyway, heres my list lol:

I've simply copied and pasted so it doesnt look pretty but its readable i think!

OMG! Who would be that sad???!!! I mean recording how many  and what they weigh and what the weather conditions are like... That would just be sad...

I keep a diary on my birds, I write in it every day things like what time they go out, who laid where, what time they lay  even silly little details.

Its of no use to anyone but I've been doing it for a year and a half now, find it most useful with breeding and getting it right for worming

I write down on the calender who lays then add up at end of each month..............no not sad!!    
I found it increased by 2-4 more each month from January, now almost everyday  

In case anyone wonders how I know who lays, my girls lay different coloured eggs

I write the name of the supplying hen on each egg (I have only got 2 so its easy) plus the date.  This is more to placate my kids who have laid claim to a chicken each and ofcourse can only eat the egg laid by their own chicken  :roll: .  Luckily they can't read so I can wing it some days   .
The hens are looking after chicks at the moment so I dream of the days when we had eggs every day!

Erm ... The Egg Production Schedule actually. With a column for the date and a separate column for each girl.  And my fried eggy picture at the top  :oops:

I too write down how many eggs i get daily ( not who laid them tho, haven't a clue) i write in MY SECRET DIARY, it was a feebee from my daughters pony magazine...........................

And I think you'd need cctv 'cause there must be some that lay at the same time
