hi all am new to allotments, have just cleared large plot, would like to plant s this year, any suggestions please, for this.
is there a guide i can acces somewhere which will tell what to plant in which months with any other tips/guides for jobs to do. plot i have is 24 rods some fruit trees(2 fig)

Hello, BDD.

There is a guide on the home page. And you are still in with a lot of things. Peas, carrots, salads can be grown all year round, also khol-rabi, turnip, leeks and other over-wintering crops to sow now and still can get away with fast summer brassica, still can sow beans , courgettes, tomatoes, cucumbers, could try some squash and corn in situ.

Others, if keen might find some plants to buy.
