Supermarket peas

As an experiment I planted some dried peas bought from Tescos, they are all up but the question is does anybody know what type of pea it will be.

if i could just jump in here , I'm sure i posted a question about dries seeds used for cooking such as mustard , i cannot find it but i was wondering would these germinate?after being in a packet for ex amount of months .

Peeps grow them from Asian supie seeds, so they should do.
