Can anyone help i have three black rock hens but i only get two eggs a day why is this :?:

Maybe because one isn't laying

How old are they? 1 may not have started layng because of age?

Have they got any creepy crawlies on them, in bad cases of mite infestation they can stop laying.

Have you wormed them???
