hi all have seen julian graves selling goji berry seeds has anybody ever grown them and what do they taste like?

I think they're one of these new so called "Super Foods" so they will be very good for you but no doubt taste awful !

They taste lovely and they are full of anti-oxidants and vitamins. Apparently they grow really well and are self-fertile. This week's Amatuer Gardener has a short artice about them. I am thinking of trying one as well.

Yes, they do. Tiny little seeds, I just scraped some out, and am giving it a go, know of a guy who done this.

Very interesting, as according to the plants for a future database both species, L. barbarum and L. chinense are naturalised in Britain. :shock:
