the pumpkins loved it seriosly .. when my kids was in nappies we put them in a bucket water to soak ( proper nappies  ) and then i would stir it up well and put it in a barrel on the plot which had straw dropped in regularly .when it had steeped for  ayear i would drain it into pop bottles and use it on tomatos. pour half a bottle in a couple gallons water once a wek and feed . lovely toms  :D
still alive /............

i am going to try a manure / water mix this year.
1st question can i use it straight away if the manure was rotted down before going into the water ?
2nd question whats the dilute ratio ?

no mate you want to half fil a barrrel with water and then manure ( mix buckets of it together then pour into a barrel , put a cover on the barrel in an all  sunny position leave for a few months ( until ya toms have set the first flowers  ) then look to have a darkish pee looking dilution and water ya toms once a week , all ya plants like it but no roots

i used it onmy starwbs and they came up like apples   , thats where i got the tip from matey .my dad used to grow crysanths for mom and the unborn childrens graves in cemetary near little grimsby heuse that same trick , he would carry a hessian sack to collect sheep nuts in . he also always waited till warm winter days  when the moles was busy  and he would take his trailer on his bike and collect the spoil for sowing seeds in . he would steam it  and then sow his seds etc . he grew geraniums and fuchias  and always used it for potting on his cuttings
