Rhubarb and Broad Beans
« on: May 16, 2008, 11:38 »
Hi all......

Wondering if you might be able to help with a couple of questions.

1)  Rhubarb
We have just planted out 2 rhubarb plants and they look very healthy.  Is it likely we will be able to harvest next year or will we have to wait 2 years?

2)  Broad Beans
We planted out 2 double rows and they are all looking very healthy.  However, the tallest plant is about 3 feet high and the smallest about 10 inches!  All have flowers on them.....are they OK or is it likely their growing has pretty much stopped now that they are flowered?

Thanks all!

Rhubarb harvest next year but only lightly couple of sticks off each plant

The beans sound fine
