Hello,

I am new to this site .... so please bear with me !!!

We have a wormery in our back garden along with around 5 other compost bins .... I wondered if anyone has used the liquid feed to feed their tomatoes, peppers or cucumbers, if so, how much, when and how often.

I know you have to dilute it to a 10:1 mix, but not sure after that, any advice most appreciated.

I also have a mixture of horse manure and water to use as a liquid feed !!

Hello Loobylou,

You can use your worm tea exactly how you would any other liquid fertiliser/tomato feed etc.

All my veggies are fed once a week with it, just watering the soil around them (not the actual plants/leaves). I don't measure the amount as such, just pour a good glug into my watering can, top up with water, and that's it

thinking of making a wormery or three myself for the plots, how much liquid would one supply with and area of say 2feetx1feet and 6inch depth?
