weird orange mouldy stuff

Got my sweetcorn planted in small fibre pots at the moment and have noticed several are growing a small orange mould on the surface of the soil.

Kind of like little orange balls.

Any ideas??

I don't know what it is but I am using fibre pots and have the same problem on the sides of the pots and the soil surface, its only on my tomatoes and cucumbers though, but doesn't seem to be affecting the plants. Love to know what it is though.

It's just a bitof mould, nothing to worry about. Are you keeping the pots a bit too wet :?:

The loo roll tubes that my parsnips are in have tiny little mushroom/toadstool things growing on the sides :shock:
