This is a salad leaf much loved by the Turkish people on our site. It tastes quite lemony. Is it a form of sorrel?

Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Definitely sorrel - no idea what type though. I( thought it was a weed and pulled up a few but got told it's sorrel by our site manager. Love adding the leaves to a salad - tangy!

It is, just a variety of sorrel. Lovely.
Are they blanching it, too, as it looks like a week, yellow growth. :? :?:
