I have some black leaf spots on my gooseberries - any idea on how to get rid of them ?

Well, I'm serious though, it's a fungal disease, your first line of defense from it spreading is to destroy affected foliage.

Not quite unlike black spot on roses, so you might try the remedies for that, like slightly milky water spray, I don't know if it works or not.
