Anyone ever grown sorrel?  Any and all advice appreciated!

Sow seed, water and watch grow. Harvest when leave s are big enough and plant is bushy. Don't let to seed, under any circumstance.  

You need about 6-12 plants for a good crop as a vegetable. Can direct seed now or any time till autumn.

I've got red veined sorrel growing at the moment, but its extremely bitter. Not sure if I want to keep it.
I tried some Buckler Leaved sorrel a few years ago and managed to kill it!!!! It was delicious, almost cooking apple tartness.

Will just have to try and see what comes up.  Just back from snail and slug patrol.  Ever had a competition about who finds the most or largest individual #@!*%$ pests?!
