Vegmandan, RSS feeds basically mean that your blog readers can sign up to be alerted when you update the blog. This can be via text, email, podcast etc.

So I would sign up to feed from your blog, then I would get mailed when you put up a new post.

I have recently started one too and am finding it really good fun. It is mostly about our chickens at present as not much else is going on but has sections for the allotment, recipes and homebrew. I always used to keep a diary when I was younger and this is extension of that. It is great to be able to organise photos of progress on there where they would otherwise stay in a folder somewhere and not be looked at/forget what they were of/when they were taken!

Feel free to have a gander!!

Your plot is soooo neat and tidy Vegmandan! (So is your website  )

I can't keep my house tidy so I have no idea how I am going to organise my plot! Should be fun finding out though  :D

I found making a website a bit confusing, especially when I tried to change something, but started my blog, which looked good, then it was much improved and tidied up by my personal mentor, and I'm really pleased with it.

I get a lot of emails about it and the chooks from people all over the place!
