Rhubarb suggestions

Has anyone any ideas for rhubarb recipes that don't involve loads of pastry or crumble (and all the fat you need to make it), or jam jars (all mine are full)! Sweet or savoury would do nicely, but reasonably healthy preferred!

Rhubarb is currently fashionable as a savour with oriental type dishes and goes well with tuna and salmon

Jamie Oliver has a pork recipe that use Rhubarb in the sauce, very nice
