got my first blue egg today, not sure if its from poppy or tulip.

so excited, seems like we've been waiting for the blue eggs forever.

i carefully carried it in, and thought i'd give it a bit of a wash before getting a nice fluffy photo.

but i squashed it and it broke.... so sad :cry:

so now waiting for tomorrow

no need to, just been and given the girlies their bedtime treat.... and found another blue egg.  woo hoo

cant believe that tulip and poppy both started laying the same day.

now just need mumsy to come on and say holly hen has laid today too

They are fantastic eggs. OHHH now I want a chicken that lays blue eggs.
Already hopefully going to look at some polish crested bantams next week.
I don't think we'll have any garden within a few months LOL.
