Black Rocks
« on: April 07, 2008, 18:47 »
I have 4 Black Rocks which have just started laying and roaming around the garden they seem to love rhubarb leaves.
Any one know if it is OK for them to carry on eating these leaves

Rhubarb leaves are very toxic to humans.  Some hen keepers say they are good wormers, but I'd not chance it  :!:

My rocks have devestated my rhubarb again and they are none the worse for wear but if you can protect it do.  Hows a person supposed to get enough for a nice rhubarb crumble if they eat it all.
