looks like young cow parsley i have it as well as giant hog weed

but its deffo a weed

I think the advice with giant hogweed is to get rid but to beware of touching any part due to the sap causing blisters.

I believe it is the reaction that giant hogweed sap has with sunlight or UV rays that causes the blisters, if you do get any on you, then keep that area of your body out of the light until you can wash it off.
Best avoided alltogether though, it's nasty stuff and you really don't want to get it in your eyes!!!!!!
