Wanting to start getting the spuds in the ground. I know that ideally they should go in early next month, but what difference is a week going to make?

Anyone got theirs in today? :tongue2:

Not me. Too early with this weather.

Having said that, I am growing some jersey royals in a bag in my kitchen. They should be ready to crop in a couple of weeks.  :D

So much to do, but so little time.

So when is everyone getting them in?  :?

Now that it has been mentioned I'm sure it is colder than january atm.. I think I will get the rows lined up and cover them with polythene bin liners and wait.  :?

Ive got some rocket and charlotte in buckets in the shed

But my other earlies need to go in the ground as soon as its dry enough no point moving to cornwall if i dont make use of the milder climate
Everyone should grow their own veg and know where their food is coming from even if it is only a one pot on a patio or balcony Grow Something!!

Still too cold and wet for us. We usually wait until mid to end of April. I am experimenting this year and I have put some in buckets in the greenhouse.
