Only a PM would tell you what she died of

Yellow poo could indicate coccidiosis.

Are the other hens well  :?:

Oh Madhouse I am really sorry how sad.
How many birds do you know have? have 2 hens now died in similar circumstances? How are the others looking?
Sounds like it is an infection of some kind either respiratory or gastrointestinal. You mentioned a cold? Could be coccidisis will need treatment. What else can you tell us about your birds - is there any blood in the droppings, any evidence of a cold. It does sound like a trip to the vet is needed.
It might help by thoroughly disinfecting the henhouse and feeders etc. Can you move their henhouse?Apple cider vinegar in their drinking water may also help. Hope this helps!

:( Thanks for your replys we are now a family of 2 birds both look fine the one that had the cold is fighting fit now. A friend has a thought she might have been egg bound or the 1st one stuck or broke inside her coz yellow gunk more like yoke and she has been nesting down for few days thought or 1st egg was on way and poss what killed her poor girl what you guyz think. We disinfected hoop when she was found before hand she was fine eating drinking scratchin about and nestling down under the bedroom in ther coop where I've put load of straw and her poo was fine too. No sight of cold or resp probs Many thanks to you for replys we hope others are ok seem to be they munchin on pellet an corn mix with cod liver oil on top they love it!!!

You've done all the right things madhouse. And it could have been a broken egg as you suggested.  Just keep an eye on the other two for any problems  :D
