Home grown sprouts are a revelation - they are soooo tasty and well worth the time and effort involved in growing them

Must be added to all the praises, grow what you want to grow and would like to eat, have fun, don't need to grow something, 'cos everybody does.

If you are short for space, might want to grow something else, that's fine.

They are nice though, as everything, they taste better straight from the garden, but most importantly, 4 min cooking time.
