The fresh, home grown might surprise you with flavour I don't like to put anything on it, it's way too nice. Just steamed, has got a bit of asparagusy hint on the taste buds, lovely.

Grow Borlotti Beans as normal climbing beans, grew them last year and will do again this year, loved them, only thing I doing different is freezing the beans rather than drying as a bag went mouldy. Starting mine off late april, they shot the pole once they were established.
