Regards the small print. That method only works when a man does it.

Please don't ask me to explain why
Brian
Sets a low standard and fails to achieve it.

I'm guessing it's the amonnia content which gives up nitrogen to the heap.

Hence just about anybody's or anything's would do !!

Or is it just an excuse to frighten the neighbours ?

I think I'll resist as long as I can. Mine's well away from our house but the people over the back hedge might not enjoy the smell and the flies !

Could get a bit like Glastonbury without the music and the crowds.

I'll stick with grass clippings and chicken poo. And the horse manure of course. Mmmmm.  :)

Might give it a go then.

Could stop off in the shed on way to fill bottle then sneakily pour it on.

Presume the ammonia releases nitrogen leaving hydrogen to vent off which is explosive. Have to keep matches away !

The reason it was always recommended that man p** was used ,was the fact that a man could/would spray it around all over the compost surface, where as a woman tended to go all in one place.

Therefore the compost could not access all the benifit.
But with a SheWee woman can now write in the snow if they wish to, and also spray a compost heap should they feel the need.  8)
