Strange things afoot!

For the last couple of days we have had unusual noises coming from the garden first thing in the morning. Our silkie cockrel is crowing as normal, as is our sebright cockerel (although he does his best to be manly it still sounds like a squeaky gate). However, on top of this has been another crow and a strange squaking noise. We have been rushing out to catch the culprit and after a week of thinking one of our hens ahd turned we have figured it out...

It is the dog! The little mental brown one some of you may have seen in the pictures section on here has learned to crow along with the boys and it is so realistic. Unfortunately this seems to amuse/upset the female sebright and she takes off squaking which sounds all the world like she is laughing at him! Now all we need to do is try catch it on video.
