Advice?

Hi, Am new to this site and looking for suggestions. I have a piece of land between my garage and the footpath which currently has an old Olive tree. It is 4.5m x 4.5m x4.5m narrowing to 2m. The 4.5m garage wall is south facing. Looking for suggestions for how to use the area better. Keep it as a grassed area? Block pave the area for more parking? Make the area a mini allotment? What to grow there? Ideas welcome.
