Greyhound cabbage not hearting

Hi all. My Greyhound cabbage hasn't formed hearts. I googled why and understand the recent weather conditions will have an effect.

But as this has been developed to be sown late and stand through the winter, what is the best way to encourage hearting?
And, will it heart up if already blown?

If it's risen to flower then not much you can do
It should still be as greens right now though and won't heart till April to June depending on variety.

I think I've only grown greyhound as spring sown for an early summer harvest
